Information we collect
When you submit our contact or trial-booking form, we collect:
- Name and contact details you provide (name, email, phone)
- Any goals or notes you write in the form
- Standard server logs (IP, browser, time of visit)
We use Google Analytics or similar tools to understand how the site is used in aggregate. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry and schedule your free intro session
- To follow up about training programs, updates, or events at the gym

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business (email, scheduling, analytics) and only as needed to perform that work.
SMS / text messaging
When you submit our contact or trial-booking form, you may opt in to receive text (SMS) messages from Evolution Fitness Now. Consent is collected through one or both of two separate, optional checkboxes:
- Transactional / customer-care SMS: appointment reminders, account updates, and customer-care communications related to your training or membership.
- Marketing / promotional SMS: special offers, promotions, events, and updates from Evolution Fitness Now.
SMS consent is not required to schedule a free intro session or to use this Site. We collect the two consents separately so you can opt in to one, both, or neither. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of either category at any time by replying STOP to a text from us; reply HELP for assistance, or email contact@evolutionfitnessnow.com.
Mobile information you provide — including phone numbers and SMS consent — will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with sub-processors (such as our SMS platform Skipio and its underlying carriers) only to deliver the messages you have opted in to receive. All other categories of data sharing follow the rules described elsewhere in this policy.
Cookies and tracking
