Most of what new members want to know — programs, pricing, what to bring, what to expect. Don't see your question? Just call.
01 / Getting started
What if I'm not in shape? Is this for beginners? +
Yes. Most of our members started exactly where you are. Every program is scaled to your current fitness level — no prerequisites, no judgment.
What happens at the free 30-minute first session? +
You and your certified trainer will go over your personal goals and run a Functional Movement Screen (FMS) to identify movement patterns, mobility limitations, and opportunities for improvement. That lets us build a personalized plan from day one. Sessions after that are 60 minutes.
What do I need to bring to my first session? +
Training clothes, sneakers, a water bottle. Everything else is here.
02 / Programs
What's the difference between Semi-Private and Small Group? +
Semi-Private is capped at three clients per coach, each on an individualized program. Small Group Classes follow one shared program per session with a coach running the room. Most members do a mix.
What is Athletic Training and who is it for? +
Athletic Training is sport-specific performance work — plyometrics, multi-directional drills, strength, power, speed, agility, and endurance — programmed to help you excel at your sport while preventing injury. Sessions run as part of the semi-private schedule.
Can I do more than one program? +
Most members do. Mix Semi-Private with Small Group Classes, or layer Athletic Training in if you're prepping for a sport season. We'll recommend the right mix at your free intro.
03 / Membership
Do I have to sign a long contract? +
No. Memberships are month-to-month. You can pause or cancel anytime.
How much does it cost? +
Your first class is free — a 30-minute 1-on-1 intro and Functional Movement Screen. Drop-ins are $20. For full memberships, pricing depends on your program mix and how often you train; we walk you through the options at your free intro so the plan actually fits how you want to use the gym.
Do you offer drop-ins? +
Yes — $20 per class for visitors or members in between programs. Book ahead and we'll save you a spot.
