Evolution Fitness Training Facility
We are very proud of the state of the art fitness facility we have created for
our members. As the pictures show, we utilize many different fitness tools such
as TRX, medicine balls, kettle bells, pull up bars, sleds, ropes, heavy bags,
bands, jump ropes, foam rollers, power racks, dumbells, and the free motion -
just to name a few. Not to mention all the body work we get to do on our
awesome turf and sprint track!
