Group coaching classes at Evolution Fitness are taught by certified fitness coaches. They follow a scientifically designed program that is changed every 4 – 6 weeks to keep your body guessing and get you the results you desire. Group coaching classes incorporate both strength training and cardiovascular training into one workout. They are designed to rev up your metabolic engine so you continue to burn fat and build muscle!
The classes are also designed to address common general population body imbalances that affect 98% of us through corrective exercises that are built into the program. These exercises decrease the risk of injury and increase your physical longevity. They also help produce greater results, faster, because they increase your ability to perform the other exercises with greater precision and quality. Some of the fun tools utilized in group coaching classes are kettle bells, ropes, tires, hoses, bands, the TRX, dumbbells, and of course, YOU. Bodyweight exercises are an integral part of all Evolution workouts.

Group Coaching Class Schedule
All of our programs are based on the latest scientific research and developments in exercise science. Each program changes monthly to keep you getting the best results possible. The Total Body & Metabolic classes have 3 different exercise programs monthly (A, B, & C). The Express has 2 different exercise programs monthly (A & B).
Total Body is exactly what it sounds like: a full body workout that will challenge your muscles, build strength, and burn a ton of fat! This is the class where you'll build that healthy, lean muscle mass to make you look more toned & turn your body into a fat-burning machine!
Not your traditional cardio class, we call the Metabolic class our full body deluxe! Utilizing the best in scientifically researched cardiovascular system training techniques, it will ramp your energy levels to an all-time high and put your fat-burning engine into overdrive! If you love cardio classes, then you don't want to miss out on this one!
A hybrid of our Total Body & Metabolic, you'll be amazed at how much you can achieve in just 30 minutes when you’re following an expertly designed workout program. All you have to do is BRINT IT, 100%! Work hard, work smart, GET RESULTS!
Results = Exercise + Recovery. Our Tune-Up class is the recovery half of the equation. This class will teach you the best and latest soft tissue stretching, foam rolling, and regeneration techniques as well as self-massage methods to empower you to take care of your body. These techniques will help bring nutrition to your muscles, make you more durable and resistant to injury, and in general you will feel better! Plus, you'll get better results!
